Information on changes to the visiting arrangements

Dear Visitors!

In accordance with the specific instruction of Prof. Dr. Miklós Kásler, Minister of Education and Research, No. 11/2021 (19.V.19.)

from 24 May 2021, the hospital visiting ban

will also be lifted at the Duna Medical Center.

Visits to inpatients are guaranteed every day between 08:00 and 20:00.

We ask our patients and visitors to respect the following rules:

  1. A maximum of one visitor per patient per day, for a maximum of 60 minutes.
  2. Visitors, including those under the age of 18, must present their immunity card or a negative PCR test result no more than 48 hours old.
  3. The visitor must wear a 3-layer surgical mask or FFP2 or FFP3, or equivalent, for the duration of the visit.
  4. Visitors are required to take their body temperature upon entering Duna Medical Center.
  5. If several patients are accommodated in the same ward, if the patient's condition permits, the relative should be received in the visitor reception room (living room)

We will continue to receive and deliver parcels to patients regardless of the visiting hours, and handover is possible at the ground floor reception between 08:00 and 20:00.



1 person may accompany the outpatient to the appointment if they have an immunity certificate. Otherwise, the escort may wait in the 1st floor lobby. 

Masks must still be worn inside the building.

Please use the hand sanitisers provided at all times, both when entering and leaving.
